This is a custom 'Rough Mod' part from our laboratory. We have retrofitted a standard heat shield to fit the GIRTHIER Mossberg 590A1 and 870 Police Heavy-barrels. The ORIGINAL A1 Shield is the HARDEST gun-part in the world to find.....so we made our own. The cross-bolts so there may be some slight rubbing/marring in the area, but the lock-up is rock-solid. We warranty everything we make FOR LIFE!

These shields have a very light bluing and will show signs of wear for a 'Battle worn' look if used heavily (See photos). These are custom sanded to the customers desired finish. This specific model will show a battered appearance and will show signs of wear (On purpose!)
-Shield is 13.75 inches long.
Heat shield is made from black high-quality tenstile steel and includes all necessary hardware and tools. Also includes a 3D Printed Spacer to mitigate marring and heat transfer. STOP BURNING YOURSELF DURING RELOADS!!!
-Shield is 13.75" In overall Length.
-Barrel must be clear and smooth from the receiver 13 3/4" down the barrel (No mid-length sights).
-May need to bend shield to accomodate Magp*l forends (See youtube for mods.)
-Will not fit Shockwave without mods.
-Fits ALL Smooth barrel lengths, including 18 inch barrels
-Will not add noticeable weight to your gun.
-Will not rust.
-Will not melt.
-Will not fit short "Breacher" model shotguns or 590A1 Or 590 Heavy Barrel model.
-Also fits a Maverick 88 and Remington 870 great!
